Smiling Dutchman aka Ronald de Waal is a craft brewer pioneer. For over a quarter of a century he has delighted us with unique, often out of the box beers with wonderful and harmonious taste.  

Ronald loves to explore and break boundaries. He is actually bit weird, in a lovingly geekish way. He is one of those guys who tend to dive very deep into things that might be little obscure for the most of us. Most people really do not care much for things like symbiotic colony of lactic acid bacteria. That sounds kind of off putting. Luckily for us Ronald happens to be the Smiling Dutchman, mad professor of yeast, bacteria and fermentation. His latest creation is the Smiling Dutchman Kombucha which is here to make our taste buds jump for joy and stomach smile!
